Orders are normally initiated by e-mail. Please indicate your fabric choice, the leg color you wish, and of course, the product (and size) that you are ordering. 1. Size - When deciding on the appropriate size for your ottoman, it is useful to make a paper template to the dimensions and place it on a stack of books. This will give you an idea of how much space your ottoman will occupy in relation to the other furniture in the room. Please see the standard size of our products (footstool, small ottoman, medium ottoman, entryway bench, coffee table ottoman). 2. Fabric - Please make your fabric selection from the Fabric Gallery . You can provide us with your own fabric if you wish. The price of the chosen product will be reduced by 10%. Prior to shipping your fabric, please confirm all details by sending an e-mail.) 3. Legs - As a standard the footstools (16"x11"x11") come with 6"Queen Anne legs. The rest of our products come with 9" Queen Anne legs; only the coffee table ottoman can have 10" turned legs. Please make a choice of finish - medium cherry/walnut , oak or black color. All products are shipped with the legs unattached; screws and instruction are enclosed. Normally a deposit is requested when your order is confirmed via e-mail or phone. When the product is ready to be shipped, the remainder of the payment will be requested. Payment by major credit cards is preferred but money orders are accepted (will delay the shipment slightly). For order of a footstool or a small ottoman no deposit is required as the product is ready for shipping in just 1-2 days from the time that you confirm your order.
